We offer free shipping across India on every order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days via trusted courier partners.

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide, along with UPI, cards and wallets.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@skova.in with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders) once approved.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
