1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused and in original packaging (where applicable)
- Proof is provided (unboxing video or clear images)

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do NOT accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Used or damaged products (caused by customer)
- Minor variations in color/design
- Products without original packaging
- Return request made after 48 hours

3. UNBOXING VIDEO (MANDATORY)
To claim a damaged or wrong product:
- You MUST provide a clear unboxing video
- The video should show:
- Sealed package being opened
- Product condition
- Shipping label visible
Without an unboxing video, we may reject the claim.

4. REPLACEMENT POLICY (COD FRIENDLY)
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model:
- We primarily offer FREE REPLACEMENT, not refunds
- Replacement will be processed after verification
- Delivery time for replacement: 5–10 business days

5. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are provided only in rare cases:
- Product is out of stock for replacement
- Replacement is not possible
Refund Details:
- Refund will be processed to:
- Bank account / UPI (for COD orders)
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

6. RETURN PICKUP
- We will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area)
- If pickup is not available, you may need to self-ship the product
- Shipping cost reimbursement will be provided (if approved)

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- COD orders may be blocked for repeated fake cancellations

8. REFUSAL OF COD ORDERS
- If you refuse to accept a COD order:
- You may be restricted from future COD orders
- Future orders may require prepaid payment
